Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used for the purposes of processing and delivering your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Refund Policy

COFFEE: All coffee purchases are final once the coffee is delivered to the customer. No refunds or exchanges.

EQUIPMENT: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of any equipment item(s) from Boutik Kafé, you can either exchange it/them for something else or return the item(s) for a full refund. Returned or exchanged items must be in the condition which you received them. In particular, they should be clean, undamaged, unaltered and unused. Items must be in their original boxes and/or packaging. Packets of Hario coffee dripper filters will only be accepted if unopened. Purchases must be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
